Drawing on over a decade of teaching experience, a background in professional ballet, extensive study in India, and a deep foundation in the Ashtanga tradition, Stefano guides students beyond simply "doing the pose" and into understanding how yoga truly works.

Integration, Seated Practice & Applied Philosophy

A deeper exploration of seated postures, hip mobility, intelligent adaptations and safe backbend preparation, woven together with practical insights from yoga philosophy and self-practice.
