This training is for Yoga Teachers who are finding their voice and need the right kind of support and encouragement to develop their skills.

Namaste House 300-Hour Training will help you refine your goals, grow your teaching competency, and expand your yoga education.

300 hour students study Vinyasa and Yin sequencing and asana, Mindfulness, Ayurvedic practices, Anatomy Modules, Mantras, Mudras, Chakras, current concerns regarding inclusion in yoga, and building your yoga business (combatting imposter syndrome).


The training is a combination of seven weekends of classroom hours, independent study, and a ten day yoga immersion at Jamboree Creek,Goa, India.

Pre requisites


 

  • Completed or, be in the process of completing, 200 Hour certification from Namaste House or another recognised 200 Hour programme.
  • Application email stating your motivation to complete this training
  • €500 Deposit non refundable


Investment:


€3,000 Single Payment (including Deposit) - This option is available until August 31st.

€3,500 7 Payments of €500

€500 Deposit upon booking and acceptance.

6 Payments of €500 to be paid on the first of each month.

Terms & Conditions

Bookings are subject to a non refundable €300 deposit


Cancellations: 

Up to 30 days before the start date a full refund can be made (except deposit). 

30 days or less before the start date 75% refund can be made (except deposit).

14 days or less before the start date 50% refund can be made (except deposit). 

7 days or less before start date 25% refund can be made (except deposit).


Changing Your Mind:

If for any reason a student is unable to complete the course, they will be refunded for hours not taken (only).

If paying monthly the above policy will apply to the upcoming months training.

If money has already been paid to the retreat centre this is also non-refundable (this is date dependant).

OR the course can be paused and the the student can resume their training at a future date.
