Your Weekly Journey
- Week 1 — Foundations: Entering the Subtle Body
We begin by orienting to breath, sound and gesture as yogic tools.
Simple breath awareness, introductory mudras, and mantra as vibration rather than performance.
- Week 2 — The Breath as Regulator
Exploring foundational pranayama techniques that steady the nervous system and clarify the mind.
- Week 3 — Mantra: Sound as Medicine
Introduction to mantra as a vibrational practice. Learning how mantra works on the nervous system and subtle body — not as belief, but as lived experience.
- Week 4 — Mudra: The Intelligence of the Hands
Understanding how gesture influences pranic flow, concentration and emotional state.
- Week 5 — Weaving the Practices
Combining breath, mantra and mudra into cohesive sequences, supporting steadiness and clarity.
- Week 6 — Refinement & Subtlety
Deepening sensitivity rather than effort. Working with pauses, silence, and restraint.
- Week 7 — Personal Practice & Integration
Guidance on creating a short, sustainable personal practice. Understanding what to practise, when, and why, without overwhelm.
- Week 8 — Embodiment & Continuity
Bringing the practices into daily life. Closing practices, reflection, and how to continue safely and confidently beyond the course.
